Welcome to Aura You Ready ("we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling, booking, or participating in any of our Reiki sessions or services—whether in-person, virtual, or distance (non-virtual)—you ("client," "you," or "your") agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Aura You Ready offers the following services:

In-person intuitive Reiki sessions
Virtual (online) Reiki sessions via video conferencing
Distance Reiki sessions (non-virtual, sent energetically)
Workshops, energy healing sessions, and other holistic services

These services are intended to promote relaxation, balance energy, and support your overall well-being.

2. Client Acknowledgment

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:

Reiki is a complementary energy-based approach and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or guarantee specific results.
You are responsible for your own health and decisions, and should consult a licensed medical professional for any health concerns.

3. Booking and Payment

Sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by direct contact.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements are made.
We accept cash, credit card, and Venmo.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative options.

5. Distance Reiki Sessions

For non-virtual distance sessions:

You do not need to be present online. A specific time will be agreed upon, and you are encouraged to rest or relax during the session.
A follow-up message or email may be provided summarizing the session, but results may vary and are subjective.

6. Confidentiality

Your privacy is important. All personal information and session content will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
We will not share, sell, or disclose your information without your consent.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in our services, you agree to hold harmless Aura You Ready and its practitioners from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully toward our practitioners or other clients.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, social media, and materials shared during sessions (including audio, video, meditations, and written content) is the property of Aura You Ready and may not be reused or reproduced without permission.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

Return and Refund Policy

Aura You Ready

At Aura You Ready, your healing journey is our highest priority. We aim to provide a nurturing and supportive experience through all of our sessions and services. Because Reiki is a time-based, energy-based service, our refund and return policies reflect the nature of the work we do.

Session Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.
If you need to cancel your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows are non-refundable, as time and energetic preparation have already been dedicated to your session.
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

Refunds for Reiki Sessions

Due to the nature of Reiki as an energy healing modality, all completed sessions are non-refundable. Clients often experience benefits that may continue to unfold after the session, and individual results vary.

Distance Reiki Sessions

Once a distance Reiki session (virtual or non-virtual) has been conducted, it is not eligible for a refund.
If you feel that the session did not meet your expectations, please reach out within 48 hours and we will be happy to discuss your experience and explore options such as an adjustment session or future credit.

Workshops, Classes, and Packages

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of a class or workshop will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days may receive a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future offering.
No refunds are given for missed classes or workshops unless otherwise noted in the specific event policy.
Multi-session packages are non-refundable once the first session is used but may be transferred to another person upon request.

Retail Products

Returns on unused physical products are accepted within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Digital downloads, meditations, and PDFs are non-refundable once purchased.
